Honeywell R-513A is a low global warming potential (GWP), non-ozone depleting refrigerant blend developed as a long-term replacement for R-134a in medium and high-temperature commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Combining hydrofluoro-olefin (HFO) and hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) components, it offers near-identical cooling capacity, efficiency, and operating pressures, making it suitable for both retrofit and new system installations. With an A1 safety classification (non-flammable, low toxicity), it supports sustainability goals while ensuring safe and reliable performance.
